To make your shopping in our web shop easier, we have an ordering system which is quite easy to use, giving you a good overview of what you have purchased at all times. In case you still find this difficult, the following information explains how to do it step by step.
How to place your order
When you have found a product you would like to purchase, please click the button ”Buy”, and your product will automatically end up in the shopping cart which you will find on in the circle, upper left corner. The total price for the products which you have chosen, is now shown in Euro. In case you would like to purchase more products – just please repeat this procedure for each product.
Whenever you want to check the status of your shopping cart, just click the button ”Check out”. If you would like to remove products from your cart, just click “Remove item”. If you want to add products, please first choose the product(s) in the web shop and then click “Buy”, just like usual.
Check-out
When you are done shopping, please click on the button ”Check out”. In case you are a new customer, please register with your e-mail address and a password of your choice. If you have already registered as a customer in our web shop, please just click ”Login” at the top of the page, and enter your information in the appropriate fields. This is also where you enter the country in which you reside.
On the next page you will enter your name, phone number, e-mail address, etc. Please enter all data carefully. Please observe that you must fill out all the fields on this page, to be able to place your order. On the page you will also see the total price including VAT (Value Added Tax) if applicable to your country. PLEASE OBSERVE: YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE to place an order, or by guardian’s permission.
Payment method: Credit card/Charge card
When paying with your card, you will be linked to a high-security cipher coded page where you will fill out your card number, expiration date etc. This data will then be transferred to the bank in ciphered code as well. We cooperate with DIBS Payment Services AB (www.dibs.se) for safe handling of all payments. DIBS Payment Services AB is accredited and authorized by the Swedish Ministry of Finance. If the payment is approved, then the purchase is finished, and a confirmation appears on your screen. In case the payment would NOT be approved, this will be stated on your screen as well. Then just try again with another card (or please double-check your filling out all payment data correctly).
Pricing
All prices in our web shop are stated in Euro, including Swedish VAT (Value Added Tax). Shipping costs will be added after you have filled in country.
Orders
All orders placed at arcticpaper.com are legally cogent. If the buyer is below 18 years of age, a legal guardian shall give permission to order, before purchase can be carried out. An order placed in another person’s name without his/her permission, or in another way making us suffer economical or other damage, will be reported to the Police.
Changing your order
Up until the point when we have processed your order, you as a customer of course have the right to change your order with no other cost involved than possible price differences between products (however with the exception for products that are not regularly kept in stock). When changing a product in your order, the price is valid which is current at the time of the change. Please observe that, for obvious reasons, orders that have already been processed through our system can not be changed.
Cancelling your order
Cancellation of your order is possible with no extra cost up until the point when your order has been processed by us, which usually takes place at the point when invoice and shipping documents are created.
Cancelling your order after the point when your order has been processed in our system is not possible. At all times after we have processed the order, you as a customer are obliged to receive the package. A cancellation is not valid until a cancellation confirmation has been received by us.
Right to regret purchase
The recipient has the right to regret the purchase, or exchange it to another product, within 14 days. We demand the product is not used and is returned in its original packaging along with any original documents. Please contact us by e-mail shop@arcticpaper.com before returning your package. In the e-mail, please state your order ID, any possible invoice number, and what product the issue is concerning. Please also state if you would like to exchange your product to another, or if you want the money to be returned to the buyer. Whoever returns a product is responsible for any shipping costs and possible transport risk connected to the return. We will e-mail you once the return has been inspected and been approved/not approved. We do not pick up packages sent to us by Cash on Delivery (COD), or packages which are not sufficiently stamped.
Complaints & Returns
According to the Swedish Consumer Law, private persons have the right to file a complaint about the product for two (2) years, no matter how long the product’s warranty period is. The complaint shall be carried out within reasonable time from the point where the fault has been discovered. After the warranty period is over, the responsibility to prove that the product was faulty already at the time of delivery, is with the buyer. We reserve the right to replace defective product with equivalent one, in case an identical product is not available at the time when the return is made.

Our ambition is to ship your order out of Sweden within 1-3 workdays, and to deliver it within 3-6 workdays, depending on where/in what country you reside.
Non-EU countries
Our ambition is to ship your order out of Sweden within 1-3 workdays.
We reserve the right to change an order concerning its content, to equal/better product without affecting its price confirmed to the customer at the time of ordering, alternatively cancel non-deliverable product from the order, thus obviously deducting its price. If the customer wishes to order another product or, a repeat order of the same product, this will be considered as a whole new order. If the buyer considers the shipment to take too long time making the buyer no longer wishing the order to be delivered, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cancel the above mentioned order according to these conditions of purchase, before processing of the order is executed.
Shipments within the EU
Private person
Domestic (Sweden)
All shipments are carried out by a distributor of our choice, usually Swedish Port or UPS. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the address stated to us at the time of ordering is correct, that the buyer (after we have processed the order) will follow up the shipment with the distributor, and that the package is picked up/received at the pick-up location within reasonable time from the point in time which it was sent. The package is delivered to a nearby post office, for pick-up by the customer.
International
All shipments are carried out by a distributor of our choice, usually UPS Standard. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the address stated to us at the time of ordering is correct, and that the buyer (after we have processed the order) will follow up the shipment with the distributor. PLEASE OBSERVE: It is important that correct phone number and contact person is stated in the order information. The distributor makes a delivery attempt to the address stated as shipping address. In case the recipient is not home, UPS will leave a note to contact them for a new appointment to deliver the goods.
Company customer

Delivery cost
We charge 7 Euro to send out our notebooks, agendas and posters. For our books and special items a shipping cost of 9 Euro will be added. If more than one item will be ordered we will only charge a shipping cost of max 9 Euro. The shipping cost will be shown after you have registered an account.
General
We reserve the right for printing errors, informative errors, and specification errors of all of our products and services. All image information on our pages should be considered as illustrations, and we cannot guarantee that the image reflects the actual appearance/colour or characteristics of a certain product.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, offensive actions at the labour market, authority regulations, non-fulfilled deliveries from subcontractors, circumstances making our deliveries/products more expensive, and thereby comparable actions out of our control which are beyond reasonable ability to be foreseen, affecting made agreements and statements from our side, making it impossible for us to keep above mentioned agreements/statements; shall be the reason that we are liberated from our duties to fulfill the above mentioned agreement.
