When the Munken Rough paper qualities were introduced almost a year ago, this was done against the background of a strong demand for a paper that combined a natural paper-feeling with a coarser surface, mainly from designers and publishers.
Colourful and artistic
The notebooks from Munken are coming out in a third edition. Where the previous editions have paid homage to the paper's origin by playing with the design you find "just around the corner" at the paper mill in Munkedal, they have now chosen to use several of the motifs from the attention-getting Rough Roads campaign – extreme close-ups of roads and streets.
